If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right, quickly and fairly.

1. Returns & Replacements

Eligible Cases (Within 24 Hours of Delivery)

You can request a return or replacement if:

• Damaged or Defective Product
The product is physically damaged or not working properly.

• Wrong Item Delivered
You received a different product than ordered.

• Missing Item
An item is missing from your order.

Required Proof (Mandatory)

To process your request, please share:

  • Clear images/videos of the issue
  • Invoice with order number
  • Unboxing video (must show sealed package opening)

 No unboxing video = no return approval
(Yes, it’s strict. It avoids fraud.)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor variations in color/design (due to lighting or display)

2. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact support within 24 hours
Step 2: Share the required proof
Step 3: Our team reviews the request
Step 4: Pickup is arranged (1-2 working days)
Step 5: Product is inspected before approval

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after approval
  • Refund will be issued to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (faster option)

4. Exchange Process

  • Replacement is shipped after the product passes the quality check
  • Priority dispatch for approved exchanges

5. Warranty (QORFIT Devices)

QORFIT products come with a 6-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

Covered:

  • Device not functioning properly
  • Manufacturing defects

Not Covered:

  • Physical damage (drops, water misuse, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs

6. Important Notes

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection
