At 92% readings within +/-1% of a clinical pulse oximeter, the Qorfit Pulse performs at the upper end of consumer wearable accuracy. Normal SpO2 range is 95-100%. A Qorfit Pulse reading in that range is reliable enough to identify trends, flag potential concerns, and motivate better sleep habits. Step Counting Accuracy

Step counting in Qorfit Pulse is highly accurate for normal walking and running. The small overcount from wrist movements is common to all accelerometer-based trackers. For activities like cycling and strength training, track via the sports mode function rather than the step counter.

Calorie Burn Accuracy, Where All Trackers Struggle

Calorie tracking is the least accurate feature across all fitness trackers, not a product-specific limitation, but an inherent challenge of estimating calorie burn from wrist sensors.

What causes variance: individual metabolic rate, fitness level, type of activity (strength training is harder to measure than cardio), and environmental temperature. How to Maximise Fitness Tracker Accuracy
Wear Position, Most Overlooked Factor
Your tracker should sit two finger-widths above the wrist bone, not directly on the wrist bone. Too loose or too low causes sensor lift and inaccurate readings. During workouts, tighten the band one notch.
Skin Tone
